Besides devising a cost-effective training plan for your business, we will ensure that your welder’s qualifications do not expire during project execution. Our streamlined steps for processing qualifications are first conducting assessments on new employees to ascertain their current capabilities.

Once the candidate has adequate skills to undergo the course, we begin by training them on welding processes and the different types of equipment. We then do visual inspection training followed by general fabrication and tacking practices. This phase includes the teaching of techniques to control distortion.

Given the high-risk nature of work, we incorporate safety into the training, which we encourage management to participate in so that they know their roles and responsibilities in ensuring an environment free from harm.

In addition to welding training, we also offer welding, fabrication, and engineering services for residential, commercial, and marine structures. This includes project management and administration, which involves scheduling, costing, and material purchase over and above onsite or mobile fabrication, inspection, and painting.

This service is comprehensive of 2D drawings and 3D modelling design, where we provide a complete DXF package and pressing /fabrication details. Our scope of work also includes getting engineer approval and third-party design validation.
